Order cancelled. TWICE.

I placed an order on January 4th, immediately after I received an email about fenty beauty lipstick being included as a 100 point perk.  I had a few items I wanted so I jumped on it.  The order was cancelled on January 9th, 5 days after I placed it.  I called and was told that I could reorder.  The rep placed the order, added 1 day shipping, and I checked today...cancelled.  I'm pissed.  I understand that I'm not Jeffree Starr or Laura Lee or Makeup Shayla but my money is just as good. I'm done with Sephora after this.  DONE.

I’ve had 3 of 4 orders cancelled. I’ve tried twice to get the Fenty 100 pt lipstick too. I was told by customer service that the distribution centers aren’t updating the totals timely. I feel a 4 day delay is ridiculous.
