Order cancelled, Afterpay refund

I recently placed an order for same day delivery and payed with Afterpay. One of the 3 items I ordered was out of stock so they cancelled the item itself, and sent the other 2 items. The amount on my order history (Sephora app) seems to be adjusted according to the now cancelled item but Afterpay is still charging me for the original amount. I contacted them and they said they couldn’t refund or adjust my payment plan, to open a dispute with Sephora so they can fix it on their end. I did just that, but Sephora only replied saying that  the amount is already adjusted on their end (Sephora app)  so they can do nothing else, but Afterpay still continues to charge me the original amount.

Did you get a resolution?

I was told to wait on Afterpay and Afterpay says they are waiting on Sephora.

I think I'm going to see what my bank can do and see if there is any outside organization to complain to that protects the rights of a customer. 

Was wondering if you had any luck and if so what did you do?
