Order cancellation refund???

Hi!

 

I made an order on January 19, so 11 days ago and I had cancelled it within 5 minutes and I haven’t received my refund yet

 

I can also see that I’ve been charged on my card, the transaction was pending at first but now it has been posted.

 

This is honestly super disappointing
