Order canceled

My order has been canceled twice even though I ordered it when the items are in stock. This has happened twice in the last couple of days and it is frustrating because it was supposed to be a gift. I also had used the 500 bonus points promotions for spending of $75, and a coupon for 10% off which was a waste because now I have missed out on those because my $144 order has been canceled twice.  I’m unhappy with my experience in the past couple of days 😞
