Order canceled with no notice

Has anyone found a solution for online orders being canceled?? I placed an order a couple weeks ago (with sale items) and finally realized today I never got my shipping notice. When I went to check my order online it said "Canceled" and there was no reason given. I was also never even sent an email about the order being canceled to begin with, so I had no way of knowing until today. It seems like with the TONS of similar questions in here there would be some sort of a solution, but I'm not seeing anything.

Anyone have any luck fixing this? I'm so bummed I missed out on the promotions I was trying to get when I originally placed the order.

Exact same issue happened with my order. Only realized a week later I never received notice of my order being shipped. Is there a reason Sephora just cancels orders without notice?
