Order canceled but no refund issue

Hi!

 

On February 23rd I cancelled an order in the time limit cause i forget an item, but i still no get my refund. Paypal said that Sephora have to cancel the authorization on the card to get the refund, so i really need that to happen cause I'm no longer in the states.

how’s it going with your paypal? Is it solved now and how long did it take? Because they said that I have to wait for 30 days.
