Order awaiting carrier pickup for almost a month

I placed an order with Sephora on 10/28/22 - it's now 11/22/22 and the shipment is still awaiting carrier pickup. I saved these items so I could buy them during the semi annual sale and want to make sure I still receive them. Anyone have any luck getting their orders out of this holding period?

I’ve had this same problem. Order has been stuck for over a week in “waiting carrier pickup”.
