Order arrived damaged

Can't seem to bump up a message. Hi! My latest order arrived yesterday, damaged. I took a picture of the pallet. One of the squares looked completely exploded.

you can return it at a sephora for a replacement or call...

you can return it at a sephora for a replacement or call customer service and they will ship a new one.
