Order and reward issues

   I ordered 3 eyeshadows, a FAB set, the YSL lip reward for 500 points, and the Greek promo on the 10th. The next day one of my shadows was labeled out of stock and canceled and most of my order was left in progress for the next 4 days. In the meantime I received 1 tiny shadow and the little promo in a giant box.

   Today I see that my samples (unlikely since I haven't received any samples in the last few orders I've made) and 1 eyeshadow is "on the way" while my YSL reward has been removed (points returned) and my FAB kit has been canceled (but not marked as out of stock) Worst part? The reward and the Fab kit were the only things I really wanted. (I mainly ordered the eyeshadows to meet the spend requirement on the promo.) 

   What in the world?? I'm a loyal Sephora Rouge but this order has been so aggravating. Not sure what has changed but ordering online has become so much more hit and miss over the last 2 months that I am ready to just give up. 😞
