Order "Unsuccessful Authorization"

Order Authorization Unsuccessful?

I am suddenly unable to place a order for the rouge sale? I tried to last night and it said my order was “authorization unsuccessful” I called Sephora and they said they couldn’t give me anything and all they could do was submit a request to have my order and my account reviewed? Why is this happening? I have been a devoted rouge member for YEARS. I am trying to order something for my mother for Mother’s Day before the sale ends! And I’m a frontline volunteer and was ordering myself some skin and hair care as a pick me up. Please help!
