Order Update

Hi, 

I placed an order last Friday (March 2, 2018) and my order is still in progress. My order number is XXXXXXXXXX. I already posted yesterday and the person who responded to me said that my orders would ship sometime yesterday and that I would receive it by end of day tomorrow. However it still has not shipped. I just want to know what is going on and if I will still receive my items. The processing has gone beyond what was stated on Sephora's order processing/shipping guidelines.
