Order Stolen by Same Day Delivery

My same day delivery order was stolen for the second time in a row by your DoorDash agent.  The best I can be offered is a refund available in two weeks.

 

I would like some kind of handling of this that actually deals with the issue.  Crediting me the value of the order (and not even the cost of the shipping) is not enough.  Sephora should be doing a lot more to guarantee these orders or should be removing same day delivery from its options.  This is disgusting.

My order was stolen today after being delivered by DoorDash to the wrong building. I contacted Sephora customer service and they said they cannot refund me. I asked for a supervisor and they said they were escalating it to investigation. I bought a Dyson blow dryer and now I may be out $500. I’m so upset with Sephora and their lack of assistance.

late to the game but this happened to me today so obviously sephora hasn’t fixed the problems and holes, if it’s still happening.

That happened to me too… but the difference is that doordash send a photo but the package was not there. And I don’t get a refund because 1. They send the photo and 2. It was a forwarding address. Because I don’t live in the us and they don’t send items to my country. Plus when you use same day delivery they have no tracking number.

Hi! This happened to me too, except I did not get a refund!

 

On September 25th I orderd a Led Mask from Sephora with same-day delivery through DoorDash.The package arrived, but the box was open and empty, I picked up the order as soon as it arrived since I was home and the door was open so I saw the delivery guy leaving it. Since then I have talked to Sephora customer service, visited the store that shipped my package, and talked to DoorDash. No one is cooperating and they will not even give me a refund for the item. 

 

I paid over $500 for an empty box, and I feel so sad and frustrated over how I have been treated by customer service.

Same happened to me today! Received an empty bag and Sephora won’t refund bc this has already happened in the past. Love the service but guess I really can’t use it since the theft is wild

Is there any chance that you can help me issue a refund from door dash? Obviously the item was stolen and you are still saying there is nothing you can do for me.

Genuinely SO frustrating.. this has happened to me twice now. The reason people use same day delivery is normally if the item is needed URGENTLY. Ugh...

Just want to mention that happened to me too. It is frustrating to think that the DoorDash driver just picked up my order and kept it… good for them they get free skincare! Thanks Sephora for helping me resolve this. I will not be doing same day delivery again.

This happened to me twice now. Its insane that they are stealing openly and sephora and doordash both cannot do anything about this. they should record defaulter deliveries.
