Order Still "In Progress"

I placed an order on April 15th, but it has yet to ship and shows as being "in progress." My Sephora orders typically ship within hours of being placed. Hence, I'm wondering if something is wrong with my order or if there are just a lot of orders being processed right now. Has anyone had a similar experience?
