Order Still Pending

I made an order on the 5th and it is still pending. I am not sure how I can fix whatever may be going on with it. If someone could let me know what I can do, that would be wonderful!

I would like to know as well! I ordered stuff on February 2nd and it is also still pending. The last few times I've ordered I've had this issue. I don't know what is going on.
