Order Still Pending

I placed an order on December 26 and I received an email that my order was received almost immediately. It’s been over a week and it hasn’t even shipped yet, even though I was charged right away. If there is a reason for the delay, I would like to know what I can do and approximately when it will ship, since standard shipping does cost money.

I'm having the same issue. I placed an order the 30th and it's still in progress. I spent $58 so I could qualify for free shipping. I'm beginning to grow very frustrated. If they're having an issue, they should at least post about it SOMEWHERE in the  checkout progress.
