Order Still Pending 9 Days Later - PISSED

This is ridiculous! I ordered my items 9 days ago, the money has been take out of my account, and my order still HAS NOT PROCESSED! I've called customer support twice and they say they same thing, it will ship out at some point. No one knows when, though? I just got given stupid VIP point as if that solves ANYTHING. Thanks for giving me points that do absolutely nothing by allow me to get samples that never show up.

 

UGH. This is unacceptable and I will not be ordering from Sephora online ever again. Every online retailer is going through holiday shipping spikes right now and are able to get their orders out on time, or within a day or two delay. 9 DAYS and my order hasn't processed, GIVE ME A BREAK!

Thanks for the message. I wasn't expecting to hear from you since it had been a week since I posted. I did get my order 14 days after it was ordered, so happy that I now have my products. Also, thank you for the update on my online account, that's much appreciated. I realize this is NOT customer service employees' faults, so my apologies to you that you've had to hear about us all venting regarding our ridiculous first world problems. One company with thousands and thousands of orders over one weekend. Patience is virtue. It’s their biggest sale of the year.

There are thousands of e commerce companies that sell more orders/week and during holiday/flash sale weeks than Sephora and they don't screw it up. I've worked at quite a few. Clearly an operations issue that they need to iron out before running large promotion/sales again.
