My order has been “in progress” for 6 days. What’s the holdup?

Me too, I placed an order on Feb 9th for three in-stock items and my order is still In Progress. Same thing with an order I placed last month.

 

I don't know what has happened to Sephora but it never used to be like this. Ridiculous.
