Order Status: Unsuccessful Authorization

One of my recent orders was not successfully authorized and it doesn't look like my card was charged. Do I have to re-order the items? Call the CC company? Or wait it out? Please help. Thanks.

Hi @gracemilller. When you receiver an unsuccessful authorization, that means our systems were unable to verify either the billing or shipping information. If you see a pending charge, this is just an initial authorization of funds in attempts to process the order. Since it was unsuccessful, the funds have been reversed and will appear in your account. You are welcome to place another order. Be sure to not attempt multiple times if you have an error because you will have outstanding authorizations on your account.
