Order Samples

I had placed an order . And all the past orders the issue I have is I NEVER get the three free samples included in my order when it comes. This time I did get three samples but it wasn’t at all what I chose and instead came with stuff that’s totally random and not at all what I was expecting. That’s NOT COOL! If Sephora is going to let me choose three samples then I expect those samples that I pick to come with it and not whatever you guys decide you want to put in my order!!! I didn’t want all this, I was looking forward to the things that I picked!!!! Look at my order details and look at what I choose as my three samples. It wasn’t these things that’s for sure!!!

We don't recommend posting personal information, such as order numbers, so I had to edit out your post just FYI. 😉 Sorry about the samples btw! So if you are ever missing samples in your order be sure to let a MOD know right away so that we can best assist you. Please keep in mind that as stated on the site, substitutions will be made for out-of-stock samples. The chosen samples may have been out of stock at the time of processing the order.
