Order STATUS: Unsuccessful Authorization

Hi,

I'm having an issue with my online order. I've ordered last Friday, because a friend of mine is visiting the US for work (for a very limited time) and she offered to bring along my order for me. But when I log in now, I see "STATUS: Unsuccessful Authorization".

Meanwhile, I can see that the amount of the order has been reserved on my credit card and there are enough funds available, so it' not a credit card issue.

Could you help me out?
