Order Returned by Veho – Need Help with Reshipment

Hi Sephora team,
I'm hoping someone can assist me here. I previously contacted Customer Service, but I was told there was nothing they could do and that I had to reach out to Veho directly. I did, and now Veho has responded saying they will mark the package as "Return to Sender," but that only Sephora can resolve this issue whether it's a reshipment or a refund.

I would sincerely appreciate it if the order could be resent, ideally using a different carrier this time. Veho has been extremely difficult to reach, and this has been a frustrating experience. I’ve never had a problem like this with other delivery services, and even with Veho, I had successfully received orders in the past, including on saturdays.

In this case, they only attempted delivery twice (Friday around 5 PM and Saturday at about 2:30 PM), and then they just returned it(The package is marked as EXCEPTION). For any future delivery, I’d really appreciate if it could be scheduled Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 4:30 PM.
