Order Processing

I placed an order on Saturday, 3/23. Can you please tell me why it is still processing? I was expecting to receive it by tomorrow or Thursday and it still hasn’t shipped. Rouge no longer gets Flash shipping so what is the eta? Why is processing taking so long?

Hello @amhat10! I apologize for any confusion! If the order was shipped with standard 3-day shipping, you will receive it in 4 business days total.  Since we do not process any orders on the weekends, any orders placed then will be treated as if they were submitted on that following Monday.  So you should receive your order by Friday.  If you do not receive it by then, please let us know so we can further assist!

My order shows that it is still in the processing stage so it was not processed Monday or Today either. I understand you don’t process on the weekends. So my question is why is processing taking so long?
