Order - Please answer me ASAP

I'm VERY annoyed -- i placed an order at 10:30 this morning and was told by the associate that it would be shipped out today -- now i'm told it won't be -- also the last two orders i received were missing samples and packing slips -- why???? Is Sephora customer service/packing slipping up or what -- I was extremely hopeful that i would receive the order tomorrow -- PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP WHAT'S GOING ON -- I DON'T WANT TO WAIT WEEKS UNTIL SOMEONE DECIDES TO REPY

I haven't received the samples I've picked in months...iv...

I haven't received the samples I've picked in months...ive even gotten no samples. The worst was only ordering to get a beauty reward...and having that not arrive too 😕 not sure what's going on but it's a bummer.

i chose profile but did not see anything relative to messages?  how do i access?

You can also access your private messages by selecting the icon that looks like a bell at the top on the right hand side of the screen below where is says "Stores and Services".
