Order Pending

I placed orders with Sephora and ULTA at just a few minutes apart on April 28. It is now May 1st and my Sephora order is still showing as In Progress, while my ULTA order is due to be delivered tomorrow. What gives? If shipping is this slow then I will have to go elsewhere for online cosmetic orders.
