I don't understand why you don't ship to APO addresses when there are special deals like 20% off? I just called customer service and they told me my order number was cancelled because they don't ship to APO addresses. That is not true. I placed many orders before to my APO address and your website says otherwise too! Somehow only when you have special deals my orders get cancelled and you always call it "unsucessfull authorization" and act like my credit card doesn't work. Then I tried PayPal with PayPal funds and that gets cancelled too! It's very annoying that I only encounter such issues with my orders when there are special promo codes ... Why is that? I will probalby switch to other websites and not order from Sephora again if this issue doesn't get solved.
