At this time, I'm unable to cancel or modify any orders once they've been placed. I recommend giving us a call at 1-877-SEPHORA when you receive updated tracking information. Once you have updated tracking information, a Beauty Advisor is able to contact the shipping carrier to have your order sent back to us so we can refund you.
