Order Not Shipped Yet???

I placed an order on the 5th and it still hasn't shipped? I didn't order anything complicated.... I understand shipping time takes longer now for Rogue but I didn't think processing would slow down? Maybe because there's apparently a Rogue sale going on that was only for a select group..... I've seriously had it with Sephora and am taking my money elsewhere after this order.

I placed an order on the 5th, & the order is still sitting in the Warehouse in Olive Branch, MS. This will be my third order in which my order was sitting in Olive Branch, MS Warehouse. I haven't received any information about my order other than it's in progress. I am very disappointed in Sephora customer service. Very Poor Customer Service. I am not impress.

Thank you, I finally heard from UPS via email . They mail the package from Mississippi  to Members,  TN. Then UPS will ship the package back down to Tupelo,  Mississippi.  In which I hope finally I will get my package delivered to me by Thursday sometime.  This mail system is screwed up. IJS. Unbelievable. Ladylb#
