Order Modified because item was "out of stock".

I received an email said my order was modified because the item was "out of stock" but when I check back at the website the item was still in stock. But then if I buy it again now I wont have the free shipping because the first time I bought it with other stuffs. This is disappointing and annoying because the website still said it in-stock.

Sephora is going downhill. Same thing happened to me. I refuse to order from them until they get it together.

You got emails? They just remove things from my basket without telling me. First time its happened but I was surprised.

I had the same exact thing happen to me. And they did it right before they decided to send me the notice that it was being shipped to me.
