Order Marked as Delivered but haven’t received it

 

Feeling absolutely helpless and furious right now.

I placed a Sephora order worth over $1700, and it was marked as delivered  but I never received it. I’ve checked everywhere, spoken to neighbors, and when I reached out to Sephora customer service multiple times, hoping for some kind of support but I’m shocked at how dismissive and unhelpful they’ve been. They keep repeating the same scripted responses and are now saying there’s nothing they can do about it.

I didn’t stop there, I contacted the carrier directly, and they clearly stated they fulfilled their part of the delivery process. According to them, it’s now up to Sephora to reship the items or investigate further. Yet Sephora is washing their hands off the situation entirely.

 

This isn’t a small order. $1700+ is not something to shrug off, and the lack of accountability from such a big company is beyond disappointing. please reach out. I’m genuinely heartbroken and angry. I trusted this brand, and now I’m left with nothing.

Hello @LaurieBT  I need your support i am the old chstomer of sephora and i have ordered but its showing delivered to me but its not can u plz help me with that. I reach out to team too but they were trying to raise the refund but not able to --- this is my order number

Hi @JashikaRani, I'm sorry to hear this! It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app).
