Order Keeps Getting Canceled

Hello,

I've placed two orders for items and Sephora keeps canceling them and the status updates to "Unsuccessful Authorization". I've tried using a credit card but it keeps happening.

I have been having the same problem this entire calendar year and the online helpdesk can only place my order successfully and cannot fix the issue.  And clearly they have an issue, shame on them for not correcting this problem, it is not new.  Nordstrom points, here I come.
