Order Keeping Get Cancelled

Hello. I cannot place any online order now and they were keeping canceled in 1 hour. I contacted customer service 4 times, and they checked my account and said everything is alright. I am tired to keep talking with CS now. They are so nice but do nothing! Nothing wrong with my credit card and the bank. They just keep saying that it is the payment info problem. It just happened after I complained about my order missing in the April sale and they sent a new one to me. Need Help.
