Order I didn’t place - hacked?

I got an order confirmation from Sephora for a 240.00 order I didn’t place.  I logged into my account and it’s being shipped to me.  No one has tried to change my email or password.  Also, I didn’t have any of the items in my basket and I’ve never looked at any of them.  

Has as this happened to anyone else?  Is it a computer mistake or some kind of fraud?  I canceled my credit card just in case.

Yes! It happened to me too. I got charged for merchandise I neither ordered or received.

Yikes! I read on a thread somewhere this happened to a few other people. I would change your password on your Sephora log in also and contact Customer Service to make them aware.
