Order From 2/9/18 in process

I ordered 2/9/18 with standard shipping and it still has not shipped. It says in process.

This is my first time shopping online with Sephora I usually go to the store but they are always sold out of my items. 

 

Usually my items are ateazt shipped 1-2 business days so this is ridiculous. I have no idea when my items will be coming.
