Order Does Not Show Promo

Hello! 

I have just placed an order, and I also added a promo to my cart (using the 'NECTAR' code), and I did see it in my cart. However, after completing payment, and confirming the order, the promo does not show amongst the product list on my order history? Is there any way to check if the promo is added, and if it was not added, for some reason, is it possible to add it to my order?

Hi @nlee93,

I am sorry to hear this. Please note that our system allows only one promo code to be applied to each order. If you attempted to add a code from our Beauty Offers page along with your BI code, it will not allow you to do so. I hope that this clarifies and please send me a PM with your order number so that I can look into your account further.
