Order Delivered - missing an item.

Hi everyone,

 

My first and last time possibly ordering at Sephora. Placed a late NYE gift for my girlfriend and when the package came in, not only was it delivered to the wrong address, it was missing the entire perfume! I don't know if it was tampered with but upon contacting live chat and the "supervisor," they told me nothing could have been done since the "proof of delivery" was there even though Yes, i received 1/2 of what I ordered. I just want my money or perfume I had bought back. They basically just told me they cant help me. I feel helpless.

 

Just to note: I've been tracking this order the entire week because I needed it ASAP. I contacted chat upon right away too. 

 

I am very disappointed because alot of her friends and my parents use sephora a lot as well. 

 

Any suggestions on what I can do??
