Order Delay

Dear Sephora,

 

I ordered last Thursday 16 November, and my order still remains pending. I emailed the Customer Service Team twice and all I got was an automated reply. Is there any way I can get an update on my order? Okay, I saw the 8-day delay notice (it was 7-day when I ordered), but I'm getting really nervous now that I read that other shoppers have waited weeks on end with no shipment in sight?
