Order Delay

My order was placed March.8 and now 5 DAYS LATER it is still UNDER PROGRESS. NOT even SHIPPED. Very disappointed in management. As a VIR member, I've been shopping at Sephora a lot and now the free 3-day shipping seems like NONSENSE to me. Honestly, if the shipping efficiency continues to disappoint, I'll just switch to Saks or Neiman Marcus or Bergdorf. They have promotion events very often and always guarantee a 2-day shipping.

I’m experiencing the same issue. I’m rouge and my order state it we be delivered may 20. It really doesn’t make any sense to me expending such amount of $$ and having to wait such amount of time to receive my items.

@Kinverly  With extended store closures, and our Spring Savings promotion, we are processing a high volume of orders that is unfortunately resulting in long order processing delays. The safety of our distribution center employees and our clients is our top priority, which means that responsible workforce safety precautions result in fewer people than usual processing orders at one time. We're sorry for the delay and appreciate your patience.

Sephora only ships orders on business days (aka Monday-Friday), @caizi. If your order didn't ship today, then it likely will tomorrow. 

 

Also, 3 Day Shipping just means that the order should arrive within three business days after the order is processed. It does not include processing time.

If your order doesn't ship within the next day or so, I'd recommend calling customer service (1-877-737-4672) or post about this in the Customer Support group so that a mod a provide further assistance.

Thanks for reply. Yeah I understand it means 3 business days to ship but it also says about 4 business days in total. I just can't believe the company is taking 3 business days to process the order as well. Compared to other online retailers that only take less than 24 hours to process and create shipping label, Sephora is really disappointing here:(

No problem, @caizi. Did you happen to use a promo code with your order? Sometimes they can hold orders up. I hope you get your order soon, though.
