Order Delay

Just wondering why it is taking so long to ship. It’s been in process since it was placed on 11/3/17. Should I be concerned?

My order has been in process since November 5th. I’ve called twice and haven’t received any answers, and it has yet to be shipped. Still waiting 😕

I have also been waiting six days for my order to ship. So much for rapid shipping. And customer service is yet to reply to my email. Very disappointed in Sephora.

My order from the 15th October is still pending... I was told by the Beauty Advisor in Online chat that the order is going to be shipped this Monday at latest. Still didn't receive any info upon shipping... I want to give the palette I ordered to my closest friend who's going to chemotherapy, and you, Sephora, are ruining everything... I've even payed for faster shipping, when i aready had the free one.... 

Is anyone going to answer my question? I wrote an email too, but no answer. Horrible service and nonexecutable promises!

I’m waiting for an order placed on Nov 3 as well... the app says delivered by the 10th but Canada post has no record of reviving the package yet. Not great.

I ordered on 16 Nov. Still no news about my shipment either. Looking at these posts now, I guess I’m in for a long wait? Gosh, seriously Sephora! Help please!
