Order Cancelled

My order was cancelled by Sephora. How do I get a refund?? Should I send an email or should I wait? The email doesn’t mention anything about a refund

Sorry for any confusion! When an order gets cancelled you will not be charged. We only charge once and when the order ships. What you are seeing is a pending authorization that is temporary and will drop. If it doesn't within your billing cycle feel free to give us a call or send me a private message. 😉 Thanks!
