Order Cancelled: "Unable to process your payment information"

I've just placed an order and received an email "Upon reviewing your account, it appears that we were unable to verify your payment information. It appears that the billing address on your account does not match what your bank has on file."


I entered valid payment details (gift cards), could someone look into this please? I used a Visa gift card I received on Christmas.
