Order Cancellation

can someone cancel my order? I’m tired of waiting when I places my order it said possibly a 3 day delay. I haven’t gotten any more emails about anything. I called three days ago and the cs rep said that my orders didn’t appear to be delayed, but here we are 7 days later still showing in progress. I no longer want the items and I’m probably going to return my first partial order.
