Orden cance

My order was canceled and i was charge and now the bank and Sephora neither want to return my money back. Both send me back and forth saying my bank has to return me the money and Sephora told them I received the order. I called Sephora and they said they don’t know who from Sephora told the bank that I got the order and that the bank has to give me the money back.

@KAvecilla If your order was cancelled, you would not be charged as we only charge you once the order ships. The pending authorization created by the order attempt is typically released within 1-7 business days, depending on your financial institution.  It looks like your private messages are currently turned off.
