Opened product!

I went to my local Sephora store (Northern Ontario) looking for a concealer that would suit my needs. 1, I hate how I have to squat to get to the products on the bottom shelf 2, the lighting sucks. In a sea of marketing chaos and limited descriptions, I did my best to find concealers that were dewy finish but medium coverage. After determining that my skin tone is hard to match, I did find one product that would work. I got the LYS Beauty Triple fix full coverage brightening concealer in shade LN3. I grab the new product in the box and went to the til. The employee was very nice, but didn't ask if I wanted my bday gift or any samples. I had to ask. Once I got home I opened the concealer box. It didn't seem like the box had been opened before, but the concealer inside had concealer-finger prints all over it!! I spent my hard earned money on used makeup?! I opened it up and it didn't have concealer on the screw bits or length of the wand... But makes me weary to use it! Grossed out! It doesn't seem like it has been used inside... So I don't want to be wasteful, but I think I'm going to return it to get a clean product.. like I was hoping for when I buy from Sephora! High prices but quality control?! Almost rather stick to drugstore. Everything is now about packaging and not the actual makeup.

@raquel31 I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I would recommend contacting the store directly so they can assist you with this.
