Opened box

Got my package today and it was fully taped up but all the boxes/products inside were opened. I am so sad, I was so excited for my products but I am not gonna use them because none of them have seals. I really hope none of them were returns or tampered with. Called customer support and they are shipping out a new order but some of them aren’t in stock. Overall I am happy it’s resolved but scared why they were opened before they got shipped considering the box only have the Sephora tape on it.
