Opened and Damaged Item

 

 

I was very excited to receive my package this afternoon. However, I noticed two items' packaging box were open. One of them, BURBERRY Fresh Glow - Luminous Fluid Base, is damaged. The pump cap fell out of place and was not usable. I've never have any opened and damaged item shipped to me before, please help to resolve this issue.
