Open and Damaged Product

I ordered 8 Sephora products altogether but only 6 arrived. In the 6 items that did arrive, one of them (The Ordinary - Mandelic Acid 10%+HA) is opened and the solution inside leaked out. I am a little disappointed and frustrated. I do not want to go through the process of returns and exchanges, so could I get a discount/money back for this product?
