Open/Damaged Packaging and Possible Content Swap

Just received order to find my PTR Potent-C Power Serum packaging torn/damaged and while this is my first time ordering this product, bottle feels "light". This item is way too expensive for this too happen, and it's absolutely unacceptable no matter the price.
