Ontrac

I’ve been waiting and it keeps saying exception will redeliver next business day for the last two days. I’ve called Ontrac and they have no signal to the customer service number. I’m calling Sephora and it just keeps ringing once it says it’s connecting you to a service rep. No one is here to help. Where is my package? Why is an exception being made every day?

Sephora continues to use OnTrac despite their ABYSMAL track record of delayed and/or missing packages.

Hi @ZMB0213, I'm sorry to hear that! It appears that some orders with OnTrac have been delayed due to severe weather.  Your tracking information should be updated soon with your correct delivery date! I apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Last year OnTrac did that to me for 4 days. Each morning it said "Out For Delivery", and by 9PM it updated to "Rescheduled for Delivery". Finally received my shipment on the 5th day of that nonsense. If you have the option, try to remember to switch your "Delivery Method" when ordering to USPS.
