Only half my order came thru??

Hi only half of my order came through. My order had 6 items including 1 free sample. But only 3 of the items came to me. I checled the order again to make sure but the app says its been delivered and i did get a package!!! But I’m missing a lippie, a pencil sharpener,  and a free sample … what do i do? Should I a get a partial refund? Can the items still be sent to me and set aside in-store for me to pickup? I’m so sad. I really needed the sharpener and I was so excited for lippie !
