If I made an online purchase but had to return one of the items due to wrong shade of color, how will my money be returned if I had Klarna payments scheduled?

For online orders returned by mail: 

If Sephora receives your new or gently used item within 30 days of purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to your Klarna account.

If Sephora receives your new or gently used item within 31–60 days of purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to an online credit that can be used at sephora.com but is not valid for use in Sephora stores.

For online orders returned in store:

If Sephora receives your new or gently used item within 30 days of purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to a Sephora gift card.

If Sephora receives your new or gently used item within 31–60 days of purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to a Sephora store credit that can be used at Sephora stores but is not valid for use on sephora.com.
